  • Rest assured knowing your event is in safe hands. Our service includes Equipment Set Up, a Dedicated Taco Service Station, Friendly Service + Servers, Clean Up, and two hours of Full Service Event Catering. We also provide plates, napkins, and forks.

    Tastings are also available by appointment with scheduled time.

  • Enhance your catering experience with premium add-ons like Fresh Handmade Tortillas, Aguas Frescas, Quesadillas, Esquites, and Chicharrón or Shrimp Protein for Tacos.

    Additional meat options & specialty items are available upon request.

  • We require a 50 guest minimum for this catering package. Cost does not include Premium Add Ons:

    • 50 to 70 guests: $17 per person

    • 70+ guests: $16 per person

    A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date, with the remaining balance due before your event. A travel fee may apply outside of local service areas.

Cali Street Bowls

🌴 Drop-Off Catering Package 🌴

  • Choose between a 16oz Cali Street Bowl for a light and satisfying portion or a 20oz Cali Street Bowl for a larger serving w/ more protein.

    All bowls come with Mexican Rice and Beans.

    *A minimum order of 20 bowls is required for this catering package

  • Cali Street Bowls come with the option of one protein: Asada, Al Pastor, or Chicken.

  • This catering package includes a condiment bar where guests can choose to add Fresh Onion, Cilantro, Limes, Cucumber, and Radishes to their bowls.

  • This catering package includes five handcrafted sauces and salsas: Guacamole Salsa, Salsa Verde, Creamy Chipotle, Chile de Árbol, and Habanero Salsa.

  • Explore our premium protein options to personalize your catering experience:

    • Grilled Shrimp +$3 per bowl (fresh, seasoned, and grilled to order)

    • Double Protein +$2 per bowl (mix two proteins for a heavier portion)

      • ex: Asada + Pollo, Pollo + Al Pastor

    • Black Beans (as a substitute for standard beans)

    • Cilantro Lime Rice (substitute for standard rice)

  • We require a minimum order of 20 bowls. Cost does not include Premiums or Add Ons:

    A $100 deposit is required to reserve your event date, with the remaining balance due before your event. A travel fee may apply outside of local service areas.
